The opportunity
Small residential cleaning companies often reach a point where WhatsApp, spreadsheets, Google Calendar and phone calls are no longer enough to coordinate their teams.
A company with several cleaners may have weekly customers, biweekly customers, monthly appointments, deep cleans, cancellations and last-minute employee changes happening at the same time.
The owner then has to manually update schedules, check cleaner availability, message employees, inform customers and make sure nobody is double-booked.
CleanFlow Lite would provide a much simpler alternative.
It would focus on one job:
Help small cleaning companies organize recurring jobs, assign cleaners and keep workers and customers informed through WhatsApp.
Instead of becoming another large field-service management platform, CleanFlow Lite would target owner-operated residential cleaning businesses with roughly 2–15 cleaners that are moving beyond spreadsheets and manual WhatsApp coordination.
The customer
The ideal early customer is a residential cleaning company that:
- Has 2–15 cleaners
- Manages dozens of recurring customers
- Still coordinates work through WhatsApp, spreadsheets or Google Calendar
- Has an owner or administrator manually managing schedules
- Experiences cancellations, cleaner availability changes or recurring booking problems
The best initial customers are companies adopting their first real scheduling system rather than businesses already deeply invested in larger platforms.
The problem
As a cleaning company grows, scheduling becomes increasingly difficult.
A cleaner may become unavailable.
A customer may move an appointment.
Another customer may cancel.
A new customer may request cleaning every second Friday.
The owner must then determine who is available, update the schedule, inform the cleaner, notify the customer and make sure the change does not create another conflict.
Across dozens or hundreds of appointments, this can lead to:

- Missed appointments
- Cleaners arriving at the wrong location
